Common Help
- Lifetime Access: Knovito uses one simple one-time purchase. There is no monthly or yearly subscription and no recurring charge.
- Restore a purchase: If you reinstall Knovito or move to another Apple device using the same App Store account, use Restore Purchases from Access & Purchase.
- Notifications: Check both Knovito's reminder settings and your iPhone notification settings if reminders are not appearing.
- App data: Use Knovito's backup/export tools before resetting or moving important local data.
Privacy
Your journal entries, intentions, and personal reflections are designed to remain private within Knovito. My Group mood sharing is optional and limited to the information you choose to share.
Knovito does not require access to your photo library for normal use.
