Our Privacy Approach
SlimeHollow is designed to work without user accounts, advertising, analytics, or online tracking. WispHollow does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data through the SlimeHollow app.
Information Stored on Your Device
SlimeHollow stores game information locally on your device so your slime and its world can continue developing. This may include:
- Your slime's name, appearance, personality, habits, and progress
- World progress, discoveries, memories, and journal entries
- Visitor history and friendship progress
- Settings and onboarding choices
- Linked slime profiles added through Slime Codes
This information is not uploaded to WispHollow or stored on a WispHollow server.
Slime Codes
SlimeHollow allows players to manually exchange text-based Slime Codes. A Slime Code contains only the information needed to recreate a visiting slime, including its slime name, owner name, colors, visitor personality, and a randomly generated identity token.
Slime Codes do not contain journal entries, discoveries, memories, or world progress. SlimeHollow does not send Slime Codes to other players. Players choose whether to copy and share a code using another service. A received code remains stored locally on the recipient's device until that linked slime is removed or the app's data is deleted.
Clipboard Access
SlimeHollow accesses clipboard text only when the player opens the interface for pasting a Slime Code. Clipboard content is processed locally and is not transmitted to WispHollow.
Purchases
SlimeHollow is purchased through the Apple App Store. Apple processes the transaction. SlimeHollow does not receive or store payment-card, billing, or App Store account information.
Third-Party Advertising and Analytics
SlimeHollow does not include third-party advertising networks, behavioral tracking, or analytics services.
Deleting Your Information
Because game information is stored locally, it can be removed by using SlimeHollow's reset option or by deleting the app from the device. Individual linked slime profiles can also be removed from the Visitors screen.
Children's Privacy
SlimeHollow does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users because the app does not collect personal data.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated if SlimeHollow's features or privacy practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made.
